The Looking Glass is the new, interactive, family-friendly show by Manchester-based theatre company Carnival of Eternal Light, inspired by the well-known and well-loved works of Lewis Carroll.

It debuted earlier in the year and was performed in Liverpool as part of the Fringe Festival, and will come back to its venue of Frederiks Bar on Hope Street for a short October run.

Utilising the skills of actors, dancers and circus performers, Carnival of Eternal Light use Frederiks’ unique performance space for their quirky retelling of Wonderland’s topsy-turvy fairytale.

As the audience takes on Alice’s role as the foreign presence to Wonderland’s larger than life characters, The Queen of Hearts hunts furiously for her missing tarts…

The Looking Glass will perform at Frederiks Bar on 11, 12 and 19 October 2017. Tickets are £10 for adults and £7 for children and concessions.
