After its British premiere in 2016, Buddy Thomas Off-Broadway hit The Crumple Zone returns for a new festive season this year at London’s King’s Head Theatre, running from 24 November to 9 December 2018, with a press night on 26 November. Casting has now been announced.

Lucas Livesey plays Terry, long-suffering and looking for love. Robbie Capaldi is Buck, handsome and adorable. Nick Brittain‘s Alex wants more from his life. Fanos Xenofos as Roger is a blue-collar man dangerously confident who completes this hot young cast. Natasha Edwards brings the female perspective as Sam.

Buddy Thomas‘ comedy was first seen at New York’s Rattlestick Theatre in 2000, when it won the New Voices Play Award. The British premiere ran in London at the Pleasance and Omnibus Theatres.
The production is directed by Robert McWhir, designed by Richard Lambert and presented by LAMBCO Productions. LAMBCO’s previous productions include the multi-award-winning Edinburgh hit Skin Deep, Boys in the Buff, Do You Gave a Secret Crush?, Bewitchment on Black Ice, Sincerely Yours and Bluebird.
