Love a great musical? Then here is Love London Love Culture’s guide to must-see musicals of the month!

The Bodyguard, Dominion Theatre: who can resist Whitney Houston’s music? Or better yet – Beverley Knight singing them? Back in London until January, this thrilling and entertaining show is certainly not to be missed, thanks to a fantastic cast and brilliant set design! Booking until the 7th January 2017.

Funny Girl, Savoy Theatre: with Sheridan Smith back in the role as Fanny Brice and the upcoming release of the cast album (out tomorrow), Funny Girl remains one of the hottest tickets in London at the moment. Booking until 8th October.

Allegro, Southwark Playhouse:  opening for previews tomorrow, this Rodgers and Hammerstein musical is getting its European premiere, nearly 70 years after it premiered. So if you are a fan of the work of Rodgers and Hammerstein – you do not want to miss this rare opportunity to see this! Booking until 10th September.

Exposure the Musical, St James Theatre: although it would be fair that critics didn’t particularly enjoy it, Love London Love Culture really enjoyed it for the way in which the production came across and the cast performances. It might need a little work in terms of plot clarity, but it does have potential. Booking until 27th August.
