The renowned choreographer will make her debut in the New Wimbledon Theatre’s Christmas pantomime as Fairy Bowbells in Dick Whittington. Arlene Phillips joins the cast which includes Matthew Kelly (Sarah the Cook), Tim Vine (Idle Jack), in a production produced by First Family Entertainment.
Talking about the news, Chief Executive of First Family Entertainment Kevin Wood said: “We are so delighted to once again be introducing great talent to the world of pantomime with Arlene Phillips making her debut. Alongside seasoned pantomime performers Matthew Kelly and Tim Vine, this is a dream combination; it’s going to be a fantastic show. Pantomime at its best.”

Arlene Phillips is best known as a judge on television talent shows such as Strictly Come Dancing and So You Think You Can Dance?. Her previous theatre credits include Flashdance and Saturday Night Fever.
Dick Whittington will play at the New Wimbledon Theatre from the 9th December until the 15th January 2017.
