Award-winning theatre company Les Enfants Terribles – whose Alice’s Adventures Underground continues its current extended season at The Vaults until 23 September 2017 – have announced the full cast for its tenth anniversary production of The Terrible Infants.
I love site-specific, promenade theatre – particularly when it’s based on a classic story I’m already familiar with. Throw in some freedom to make decisions on what you see, and it’s all the more exciting.
How can you review a show when you don’t get to see it all? Alice’s Adventures Underground is a production that takes you down the rabbit hole into wonderland to experience the true madness of a realm where the Queen of Hearts is in charge.
The further into Les Enfants Terribles version of Wonderland, the more audience members are enthralled by what is happening around them as well as questioning their sanity by the end – including me.
Alice’s Adventures Underground at The Vaults underneath Waterloo station is not just a show, it’s an experience. An experience which everyone should have. It’s magical, mystical, unique and altogether brilliant.
Les Enfants Terribles and ebp in association with Creature of London are delighted to announce the smash hit Alice’s Adventures Underground and the children’s show Adventures in Wonderland will both return to The Vaults in 2017.
