NEWS: Alexandra Burke cast as The Narrator in Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the London Palladium

Alexandra Burke will return to the West End this summer in the new production of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, running at the London Palladium from 1 July (gala night is 15 July) to 5 September 2021. Burke joins Jac Yarrow who is back in the title role and Jason Donovan who returns as Pharaoh.

NEWS: Stage musical version of Bedknobs & Broomsticks will have its world premiere in UK tour from August 2021

Producer Michael Harrison has announced that Disney’s Academy Award-winning movie Bedknobs and Broomsticks will make its world premiere as a new stage musical. Performances begin at Newcastle Theatre Royal from 14-21 August 2021, before a UK tour which includes a five-week Christmas season at Leeds Grand Theatre (8 December 2021 to 9 January 2022).

Fresh from Half a Sixpence, Charlie Stemp will join Elaine Paige and Gary Wilmot, along with the previously announced Julian Clary, Paul Zerdin and Nigel Havers in Dick Whittington, this year’s Christmas pantomime at the London Palladium.
