The Rose Theatre’s new autumn/winter season includes a major revival of Stephen Bill’s 1987 comedy Curtains and co-productions of Sam Holcroft’s Rules for Living, David Edgar’s adaptation of Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde starring Phil Daniels and Tom Stoppard’s The Real Thing starring Laurence Fox.

Translated into 58 different languages, Dahl’s rich and impressive portfolio has been successfully adapted for stage and screen over the years. The Witches has always been a favourite in our house, fascinating, terrifying and always prompting curious questions, and it translates perfectly to the stage in this adaptation by David Wood.
